1955   15 October 1955 Back.   Cover pays 24¢: 4¢ drop letter rate and 20¢ registration fee for values of $25.00 or less. No mailing address appears on this cover. It correctly pays the drop rate to Toronto. If it was mailed to the United States it is underpaid by one penny.
